3. Secure Your Date

To officially book your date, we require a 25% deposit.
The remaining payments are broken down as follows:

  • 25% due 2 months before your wedding

  • Final 50% due the week before the wedding

This flexible payment structure makes planning a little easier while locking in your date with us.

 

4. Pre-Wedding Check-In

A few weeks before your wedding, we’ll schedule a FaceTime, phone call, or in-person meeting to go over all the important details — from your timeline and locations to any special moments or people you want us to focus on. This ensures we’re perfectly prepared and fully aligned with your vision.

5. Your Big Day

We’ll be there to capture everything — the nerves, the laughter, the happy tears, and the moments you didn’t even realize were happening. With a discreet and creative approach, we ensure your day is documented beautifully, without interruption.

6. Your Teaser Film

Within just a few days after your wedding, we’ll deliver a sneak peek teaser — a short highlight that lets you relive the magic while the memories are still fresh.

7. Full Film Delivery

Your full wedding film and any additional edits (like the ceremony or speeches) will be delivered within 8–12 weeks. During peak wedding season, this timeline allows us to give each film the attention and care it deserves.

8. Delivery Methods

You’ll receive your final films in two ways:

  • Online via VidFlow – perfect for streaming and sharing with friends and family.

  • On a USB drive – Once you are happy with your videos we post your USB to you as a keepsake.
